Cancellation Policy

A minimum 24 hours cancellation notice is required by phone or message. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking, as well as deposit payment will be kept. Your appointments are very important to us, but please, let's respect each other's time!
